You can fill the hole with a coated body. Aluminum can be welded to make the corrosion holes. If this is a large surface can be on a piece of aluminum sheet metal welded. When the welding of aluminum (there is a trick to it) can put a patch over the hole, a sealant between the patch and the shell, and rivets in place.

Aluminum does not rust when the boat is spotted with rust, is not made of steel aluminum. The aluminum boat repairs are possible, but not pop rivets to repair a hole to patch is best left to a professional.
